Your Agreement with the Platform

Account dormancy: An account that records no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee not exceeding 500 PKR per month, deducted from the account PKR balance where applicable. Deposits: The minimum deposit is 500 PKR. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your lucky55vip wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers may take 5–30 minutes depending on Pakistan interbank processing times. Lucky55vip does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Lucky55vip will communicate the reason for any void bet to the affected player via account notification or Live Chat.

Lucky55vip is not liable for results that differ from unofficial sources, media reports, or early broadcasts. PSL and cricket match betting is settled on the official result of the complete match or innings as applicable.

Wagering requirements: Bonus PKR credited to your lucky55vip account is subject to wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited.

Eligibility: Lucky55vip bonuses are available to eligible registered account holders who are not in self-exclusion and who have not breached these Terms & Conditions. Lucky55vip reserves the right to exclude any account from a specific promotion at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on lucky55vip and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one lucky55vip account in your name or using another person's identity to register
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the lucky55vip platform
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable time

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any PKR balance will be held by lucky55vip and released to the registered payment account upon satisfactory resolution of the investigation, subject to deduction of any amounts owed by the user to lucky55vip.

You may close your lucky55vip account at any time by contacting Live Chat support. Any withdrawable PKR balance will be returned to your registered Pakistan payment account within five (5) business days of account closure confirmation.
